Sesame Noodle Bowl with Black Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
- 8 oz noodles (soba or udon)
- 2 tbsp Amazing Sesame Black Sesame Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili oil (optional)
- Sliced cucumber, carrots, and bell peppers
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix Black Sesame Sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil.
- Toss noodles with the sauce, then add sliced veggies.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
